NYC is totally freezing right now. well, it is winter, so we shouldn't be so shocked. it's hard to be cute and chic while staying warm. these ladies pull it off beautifully.

skirts make up at least 50% of my wardrobe. i love to layer them during the colder months and wearing them with mens shirts or t shirts when it's warmer.
